I have had the pleasure of listening to Jeffrey Combs in my continuous personal growth and development process to enhance my personal effectiveness. Jeffrey Combs is one of the highly successful people who has achieved six figures a month in the multilevel marketing MLM industry and has now set up Golden Mastermind Inc. together with his wife Erica Combs and conducts mindset as well as network marketing training.

Success and prosperity is a process, a journey that most entrepreneurs undertake as they go through life. The 13 qualities of prosperous and highly successful people are listed below.

1. have dreams. They have a well defined purpose and definite goals. Prosperous and highly successful people have definite desires and know how to achieve them despite obstacles.
2. are achievers. They take satisfaction in creating results.
3. have the drive and the desire to get things done. Prosperous and highly successful people have enthusiasm, commitment and pride. They have the self-discipline and do what it takes to get them to where they are headed.
4. have focus. Prosperous and highly successful people are focused on goals and objectives. They are productive and not busy.
5. learn how to get the task done. They learn how to maximize skills, talents and abilities. Prosperous and highly successful people commit to get the task done and on time.
6. take responsibility for their actions. They do not make excuses, blame others, whine or complain.
7. look for solutions to problems. Prosperous and highly successful people are great problem solvers, not problem makers.
8. make decisions. They are decisive, focusing on relevant facts and make intuitional decisions. Prosperous and highly successful people do not put off making decisions.
9. admit mistakes. They improve action and move on. Humbly admitting their wrong, they do not have to prove anything to anyone.
10. are self reliant. Prosperous and highly successful people have skills, talents and training that are required to get the task done. T hey can stand alone when it is required and do not seek approval.
11. live in the process of constant improvement. Prosperous and highly successful people seek new and exciting information that improves and enhances their skills, wisdom, techniques and leadership skills.
12. develop leaders. They teach leadership skills and develop leaders. They do not help but develop. They teach and influence.

Prosperous and highly successful people are able to maintain peace of mind despite challenges and obstacles faced. To them, each challenge and adversity they overcome makes them a better person. With a disciplined mind and confusing on the task at hand, they are totally at peace and secure in the knowledge and ability to handle any situation that comes their way.
