Which Is The Best MLM Company
Nov 16th, 2009 by Veron
So which is the best MLM company? With thousands of MLM companies in the market today, how can you tell which is the best MLM business to be joining?
There are many factors to decide which is the best MLM company. However for me, I would look at the company, the management, the product, the size of the industry, the cost to get started, the monthly maintenance as well as of course the compensation plan.
Is the company in the momentum phase or has it passed the explosive growth stage? Who is running the company? What values do they bring to the table? What is their vision for the company? How competent are they at running the business? What sort of support are they able to provide to their distributors and representatives?
What industry are they involved in? Is this a pretty new industry where you have to show everyone what your product is all about or do people already have an idea of that particular industry? How big is the industry? Is there still room for growth or is it reaching saturation point soon?
What is the product? Is it a consumable product or do they just need to buy once and no more sales thereafter? How huge is the demand for the product? What are the benefits and how well does the product work? Especially for nutrition supplements and juices, always do your research even if you are joining one of the very well-known companies because no matter whether these are the best MLM companies or not, you definitely do not want to be saddled with a lawsuit in case of side effects.
How much does it cost to get started with the MLM company? Is it an affordable amount that most people can cough up or is it a 4 – 5 figure sum? Are you asked to load up on the product upfront so that you can generate more commissions? If so, how saleable is the product and how easy or how fast would it be for you to recoup your capital? Is the price of the product reasonable? Would people switch to your product easily?
What is the monthly maintenance? Is this a reasonable amount every month or is this going to hurt the pocket? Because if this is going to burn a big hole in the pocket, you can rest assured that the attrition rate is going to be huge especially if your downlines are not able to make any income to cover their autoship expenses within the first 2 – 3 months.
Last but not least, you would want to study the compensation plan. The best MLM companies may not give you the best compensation plan. There are always some advantages and disadvantages to the plan. Study the pay plan and see if it is feasible. Is it achievable? How much leverage can you count on? Is it a fair plan for everybody? Does everyone have a fair chance at reaching the top of the pay plan?
Personally I have found a business which I consider to be the best MLM business. It may not be the best MLM company at this point of time, but it sure is on its way to making its way up there to the top! Check out ‘My Preferred Biz’ for more details.
